Can you transfer my Wix website to WordPress?

Yes. Wix does not let a site be exported to another host, so we rebuild it on WordPress and move the content across: every page, image, blog post and form. You end up with a custom-designed site on a platform you own.

Will I lose my Google rankings when I leave Wix?

Not if the move is done properly. We match every old Wix address to its new page and redirect it, carry your page titles and descriptions across, and submit the new site to Google at launch. Some movement in the first few weeks is normal while Google re-reads the site, and we watch it through.

Can I keep my domain name?

Yes. Your domain is yours. If it was registered through Wix we move it to a registrar in your name, or simply point it at the new site.

What happens to my email during the move?

Nothing. We change only the records your website uses. Your mailboxes stay exactly where they are and keep working through launch.

Should I move from Wix to WordPress or to Shopify?

WordPress for businesses that need to rank and generate enquiries; Shopify or WooCommerce for stores. We recommend one at scoping, based on what your website has to do.

Can I edit the new website myself?
