The previous site had real problems: an outdated design that did not represent the strength of the organisation, disconnected product categories with limited content hierarchy, slow loading speeds, patchy mobile responsiveness and no SEO structure or metadata to speak of. For a growing customer base trying to find and compare products, it was working against the brand.
