This website at balarmediagroup.com.au (the "website") is owned and operated by Balar Media Group Pty Ltd (ABN 87 612 749 836) ("Balar", "we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover your use of the website only. Services we provide to clients, including web design, development, hosting, SEO, advertising and related work, are governed by the written proposal, quote or agreement for that project.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or any connected system, introduce malicious code, copy the website in bulk, or use automated tools to extract its content other than normal search engine indexing. You must not use our forms to send unsolicited, misleading or abusive messages.

3. Content and information

The information on the website is general in nature and is provided to help you understand what we do. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. 5. Enquiries and forms

Information you submit through our forms is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us; any engagement begins only when a written proposal or agreement is accepted. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Our forms use spam protection, and submissions that appear to be automated or abusive may be blocked without notice.

6. Third-party links, tools and embedded content

The website may link to other websites, and may embed or load third-party services such as video players, analytics and the customer relationship management tools we use to track enquiries and affiliate referrals. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
