Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach (now InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach) is a beachfront hotel at Coogee in Sydney's east. Balar Media Group designed and built the hotel's website, hosted and maintained it, and kept improving it after launch.
A beachfront hotel in Sydney has one thing no competitor inland can show. We put Coogee Beach across the full width of the screen and built the rest of the site around it.

The Challenge
The hotel was replacing its older website. The new one had to sell the beach, the rooms, dining, meetings and school holiday stays, and work as well on a phone as on a desktop.

The home page opens on Coogee Beach with a single line and a Book Now button.
Rooms, dining, events and offers
Each has its own section, with special packages laid out as cards.
Improvements after launch
We added a rooms slider, clearer read-more controls and the IHG brand bar, and refined the mobile layout.
Hosting and maintenance
We hosted the site and maintained it for the hotel.
