ADC (Arnold Development Consultants) has delivered town planning, land and engineering surveying, and subdivision design across Queensland for over five decades—serving developers, investors, government and homeowners from the Northern Rivers through South East, Central and Northern Queensland. We rebuilt their content and UX around those real‑world services and sectors, making expertise easier to find and act on.

Then we layered in sector paths for property developers, architects/designers, builders/civil constructors, commercial operators, homeowners, property managers/body corporates, rural/agricultural, and expert‑witness needs, so each audience could land on a tailored explanation, proof, and CTA flow.

The Challenge

ADC’s site outlined decades of planning and surveying expertise and geographic reach—but prospective clients still had to dig to connect services to their exact project type or location. The result: longer time‑to‑value for users who needed fast clarity on feasibility, approvals, subdivision pathways, or survey deliverables (e.g., contour & detail, boundary determination, as‑constructed/ADAC, Form 12s). We needed to make the breadth obvious, the pathways short, and the proof tangible.

Our Approach

Prioritise clarity, social proof, and local relevance at every step.

We introduced a service-first navigation with parallel sector landing pages that speak the language of each buyer (developer feasibilities and approvals; homeowner boundary questions; builder construction set‑out; rural topo/UAV). We surfaced geographic coverage across QLD and embedded trust signals from ADC’s history and footprint (Brisbane & Gold Coast offices; 50+ years in planning and surveying). We added conversion‑ready elements: scannable deliverables, turnaround cues, inquiry forms, and testimonial modules—so users move from problem to contact without friction.
